- Strathmore Park is located in Tokoroa, South Waikato and comprises 15ha. The development is in its early stages of master planning and engineering assessment, as part of preparation for Resource Consent lodgment
- The vision is for the subdivision to bring much needed new homes to the region, in managed stages, and create a new and sustainable new community, that integrates and compliments the existing township
- Full services, multi-stage land development project – assessment and feasibility, financial modelling and full development management, planning and resource consenting, engineering design, civil engineering, construction management, draughting, surveying and land transfer
