2023 is a significant year for S&L Land Specialist, as we celebrate 60 Years of Land Development Consultancy and Civil Engineering.
S&L was established in 1963 by Brian Shrimpton and Ron Lipinski in what, at the time, was a quiet seaside location in Tauranga.
Our 60-year history is intrinsically woven into the development of our region, through civil engineering, design engineering, planning and surveying.
We have been fortunate to have worked with some visionary Clients and been part of some important growth milestones in our region, Bay of Plenty and Waikato.
As a locally owned and operated business, we take pride in seeing the thriving communities we’ve helped create, and look forward to helping design the future we will all live and work in.
The current S&L custodians are honoured to be continuing this legacy and look forward to celebrating it with you over the coming year.
